Aight so as you all know the remix to Daddy Yankee's song 'Somos de Calle' leaked a few weeks ago featuring many artists of those including the legendary, Baby Rasta. His verse in the song has been causing conflict in the Latin Hip Hop community.The exact lyrics are:
'Oyeme esta gente si son trili y me dan risa, buscan vida con collares pero seran ceniza, o se alinean o seran fantasmas con la brisa, temperatura, si Yankee los arropa como trizas...'
The word Trilli is the one that is causing confusion. It is Puerto Rican slang that means people of lower class. But others say that he is saying the word Trini which means a community of Dominicans in New York. This is the reason why a beef has occured between reggaeton veteran Baby Rasta and Dominican Rapper Vakero.
