Today David Sanchez or 'Tempo' was ordered to 24 years in prison. As you may recall on June 27 2004 a jury found Tempo guilty of conspiracy of possessing dealing drugs like heroin, marijuana, and crack cocaine. Tempo was arrested in 2002 with his colleague and close friend Tomas Muriel or you might know him by the artistic name of 'Buddha'. Later Buddha was released by a jury while Tempo was forced to stay in jail because he was accused of being the leader in the drug trafficking. Shortly after Tempo's imprisonment his fellow colleagues started the 'Free Tempo' movement. His album 'Victory' was said to drop this year along with the first official song dropping in September the month of his birthday.
